FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours of operation?

Most centers are open 6:30am Thru 6:00 pm Please call each individual center to verify hours of operation.

What is your late (after hours) policy?

Any child left in attendance after 6:00 p.m. will be charged a late fee of $10.00 for the first 15 minute and $1.00 per minute thereafter. The fee must be paid by the next morning for the child to return.

What ages go you serve?

We serve infants and children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old.

What meals are provided?

We offer milk based formula with iron, Infant cereal, Infant/toddler jar baby foods, as well as Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon snacks. We are also breast milk friendly and we offer areas for mothers to breast feed at the center.

What are your ratios of children per caregiver?

Children age 6 weeks through 24 months the ratio is 4:1.
Children 2 years of age the ratio is 8:1.
Children 3-5 years of age the ratio is 10:1.
Children age 6-12 years the ratio is 16:1.

Do you accept state subsidies?

Yes, we accept child care assistance at all our centers. Parents may still be required to make a weekly co-payment.

What is your illness policy?

Our sick policy is written out completely in our parent handbook and application. Any time a child becomes ill while in attendance a parent/guardian will be called to pick them up. Once a parent has been notified the child must be picked up within the hour.
